Penile pain can be a symptom of a range of urological diseases such urinary tract infection, prostatitis, kidney stones or even prostate cancer. Penile pain that is associated with other localised penile signs and symptoms may be due a result of a short frenulum, phimosis (excessive foreskin tightness), balanitis (foreskin inflammation), penile fracture or priapism (prolonged erection).
